Phenomena and treatment methods in wire stripping process:
A.Can`t strip the wire:
Approach:
1. Check the cutting depth of the wire head. When the
cutting mark is too shallow, reduce the wire diamet-er parameter accordingly;
2. The pressing force of the incoming wire wheel is no-
t enough, and the air pressure needs to be adjusted;
3. There may be dirt on the feeder wheel, which needs
to be cleaned up;
4. The retraction parameters may be set too large or
too small;
5. Check whether the air source is normal.
B. The end of the wire cannot be peeled off
Approach:
1. Check the cutting depth of the wire tail. When the
cutting mark is too shallow, the wire diameter par-
ameter needs to be adjusted to become smaller;
2. The clamp is not tight, and the air pressure needs to
be increased;
3. The retraction parameter may be set too large or too
small;
3. Check whether the air source is normal.
C. Severely crushed wire
Approach:
1. The indentation comes from the wire feed wheel, or the wire stripping clip after it comes, and the air pressure needs to be reduced.
D. The length is different,the actual line length less than the set line length
Approach:
